    PRODUCT:

    TrueSight Infrastructure Management

    COMPONENT:

    TrueSight Operations Management

    APPLIES TO:

Truesight Infrastructure Management Server version 10.5

    PROBLEM:

We are unable to reach to the login page of the TrueSight Infrastructure Management server 10.5.  In the TSPS console we are able to see the events and the data.

We have also run the pw p l and pw lic list commands and the output shows the correct output, but the User Console is not accessible.

A review of the TrueSight\pw\tomcat\logs\catalina.log file shows this exception :

INFO  07/29 09:43:53 org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/pronto] No Spring WebApplicationInitializer types detected on classpath

    CAUSE:

This is caused by product defect QM002128714

    SOLUTION:

Delete the ASSO related log files from /tomcat/temp folder (listed in the attached screenshot) and restart TSIM. This should address the issue. If not, please contact Support for further assistance. Please provide the output of the pw dump 1 command from the TSIM server.
