    PROBLEM:

    In ops console, CI shows incorrect status. There are no causal events and no impacted causal provider CIs. Yet the CI shows it is impacted.


    SOLUTION:

    From a command prompt, execute the following command which will trigger an out-of-box rule to repair any consistencies with the model status:

    msend -n <cell> -a MC_CELL_CONTROL -m sim_repair -b "mc_tool_rule=sim_repair"
    msend -n <cell> -a MC_CELL_CONTROL -m sim_repair -b "mc_tool_rule=sim_repair_unimpacted_ci"

    If there is still a problem, please raise a support case and include a screenshot of the CI, zip of the cell mcdb file and zip of the cell KB.
