    TrueSight Synthetic Transaction Monitor with Micro Focus Silk Performer


    COMPONENT:

    TrueSight Synthetic Monitor with Borland Silk Performer

    TrueSight Synthetic 10.0, 10.1, and 10.5



    PROBLEM:

    Trying to upload a Silk Performer project .ltz file to TrueSight Syhthetic and getting this error:

     xxxx.ltz could not be uploaded. There is not enough space on the disk.

    SOLUTION:

    The C: drive on the App Visibility Server is full.
    Custom Silk Performer scripts are uploaded to C:\Program Files\BMC Software\App Visibility\portal\synthetic\script-temp on the App Visibility Server.

    To find the App Visibility Server computer, in the TrueSight Presentation Server go to Menu (Four horizontal lines in upper left corner)->Administration->Components->App Visibility Portal.

    Make space available on the App Visibility Server and then upload the Synthetic script again.
