Error 4927 on Email Based Approvals

    PROBLEM:

    We are trying to configure email based Change Request approvals and getting following error after approval email has been processed by AR Email engine:

    Your approval / rejection could not be recorded successfully.
    Error No: 4927
    Message: No login information was specified or the specified login information is invalid.

    User credentials and incoming email box configuration seems to be all proper.

    ITSM v 8.1.0


    CAUSE:

    Incorrect Incoming Mail Box configuration


    SOLUTION:

    We made the changes to Incoming Mail Box configuration:

    Incoming Security Configuration:

    User Security Key = No

    Use Email From Address* = Yes
