    PROBLEM:

    While attempting to install Track-It! 11.4.1.558 on a Windows 2012 server, when the installation gets to the points of creating the database, it may hang indefinitely on the 'Configuring Track-It! database' window.


    CAUSE:

    This is a known issue which has not yet been resolved in the current version of the product


    SOLUTION:

    If you are experiencing this issue, please open a new support case and refer to Track-It! Defect number DRZOZ-5101 – “Track-It 11.4 SP1 installer hangs on Win 2012 and SQL 2012 Service Packs (SP1, SP2, SP3).
     
    Your case will be associated with the defect, and you will be able to view the defect status in your case in the Defects section
