    PROBLEM:


    What permission needed to assign to Users who are Approvers of Incidents but do not have the visibility to the ticket?

    Incident Ticket Visibility can be configured via Role Hierarchy or Queue membership. But there are instances that users are of the same Role level with the approvers or in another Role group. Is there any other way that they can approve?


    SOLUTION:

    Make sure that the Assigned Approver has access to read the records for the approval requests. For example, a user who can’t view expense records can’t view expense approval requests.
