    PROBLEM:

    Unable to Create a New View from the Remedyforce Console


    CAUSE:

    There was an issue with the Salesforce Platform that was not passing the user id so the view popup could open.


    SOLUTION:

    The issue was specific to one customer on NA33.  Salesforce fixed the issue and confirmed user can create views from the Remedyforce Console.
