Unable To Import The Content In SmartReporting

    ITSM In-App Reporting 9.1.00


    APPLIES TO:

    Smart Reporting : 9.x



    PROBLEM:

     

       
    • Either after onboarding or using smartreporting.xml it is s not possible to import the content of smart Reporting.

     


    CAUSE:

    Data is already present in SmartReporting_ClientOrg_Content_Info" form."


    SOLUTION:

     

    1. Delete all the records from the form “SmartReporting_ClientOrg_Content_Info” 
    A) Open this form from application console. URL: http://HostName:Port/arsys/forms/HostName/SmartReporting_ClientOrg_Content_Info 
    B) Type ‘%’ in Request ID field and click on search 
    C) Select All and click on Delete. 

    2. Delete the existing org. 

    3. Run MSP Onboarding again. 

    4. Run the Content Import process.
