    PRODUCT:

    TrueSight Synthetic Transaction Monitor with Micro Focus Silk Performer

    COMPONENT:

    TrueSight Synthetic Monitor with Borland Silk Performer

    APPLIES TO:

    TrueSight Synthetic

    PROBLEM:

    Borland Silk Performer script runs fine in Silk Performer but fails when running in TrueSight Presentation Server (TSPS) under a TEA Agent.

    SOLUTION:

    In the Borland Silk Performer script, just before the BrowserNavigate, add a call like this: ThinkTime(4.1);

    Note: What is the maximum ThinkTime?
    ANSWER: That is configurable in the monitor profile. In Silk Performer, Settings->Actrive Profile->Replay->Simulation->Think time limited to.-> The default is to have this set to 5 seconds.

    It has also been suggested to try the following:

    Check in profile setting the browser driven simulation for user behavior and if it is not set for "first time user" change  this line in the script from "BrowserStart(BROWSER_MODE_DEFAULT, 1056, 506);"

    to "BrowserStart(BROWSER_MODE_USERBEHAVIOR_FIRST_TIME, 1056, 506);"
