Remedy  Smart Reporting - How to change the name of a view

    PROBLEM:

    When creating reports or viewing reports, the view name is not updated although it has been changed in Admin Console. The updated view name does not appear in the Create Report section. The steps are as shown below:

       
    • Change the name of an OOTB View -> Save
    •  
    • Go to Create Report -> Select the View
    The changed name of the view does not appear and still shows the old name of the view, and similarly with the Content Categories.  
      

     


    SOLUTION:

    Please refer to the attached document for changing the View names in Smart Reporting, which applies to all the OOTB contents
