    PROBLEM:

     

       
    • Setting up BMC Remedy Smart reporting on server group environment and load balance settings.

     


    CAUSE:

    N\A


    SOLUTION:

     

       
    • Configuring a Load Balancer for BMC SmartReporting resides under the AR Server Load Balancer settings.
    •  
    • There is no setting required for SmartReporting application by itself. 
    •  
    • The only point to be taken care of is that there should be a proper connectivity between the Mid-Tier server & the Load Balancer and the rest remains as default configuration.
