    PRODUCT:

    FootPrints Service Core

    COMPONENT:

    FootPrints Service Core

    APPLIES TO:

    FootPrints Service Core 11.X

    PROBLEM:

    The message "The reporting data is being re-loaded. Please try accessing the Executive Dashboard at a later time." may appear when attempting to launch the Executive Dashboard.

    SOLUTION:

    Use these steps if you run into the following:

    • Get the message "The reporting data is being re-loaded. Please try accessing the Executive Dashboard at a later time." when attempting to launch the Executive Dashboard.
    •
        datamart load.PNG.png

    • Dashboard displays no data and the Last Refresh was January 1st 1970 but there is issue data in the workspace.
    •
        blank data.PNG.png

    1. Go into Administration>System>Workspaces page, click the link to see the list of workspaces.
    2. Note the workspace folder number for the problem workspace.

    Run the following queries against the Footprints database. Change X to the workspace number.

    For MSSQL or Oracle

    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE DataMartLoading=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE IsWaiting=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE ProjectID=X;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE ProjectID=X;
    EXEC MASTERXDataMartCleanup;
    EXEC MASTERXFullDatamartLoad;

    For MySQL

    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE DataMartLoading=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE IsWaiting=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE ProjectID=X;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE ProjectID=X;
    call MASTERXDataMartCleanup;
    call MASTERXFullDatamartLoad(1,1000);

    For Postgresql

    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE DataMartLoading=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE IsWaiting=1;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadLock WHERE ProjectID=X;
    DELETE FROM DataMartLoadHistory WHERE ProjectID=X;
    SELECT masterXdatamartcleanup();
    SELECT masterXfulldatamartload();

    If you need to perform this operation on several workspaces for MSSQL:
    replace "1" in "SET @index=1" by the workspace number you want to start with, and replace "145" by the last workspace number you want to reset in "WHILE (@index<=145)"

    DELETE FROM DatamartLoadLock
    DELETE FROM DatamartLoadHistory
    DECLARE @index INT
    DECLARE @Cleanup varchar(max)
    DECLARE @Load varchar(max)
    SET @index=1
    WHILE (@index<=145)
    BEGIN
    SET @Cleanup='dbo.MASTER'+(CONVERT (varchar(10),@index))+'DataMartCleanup'
    SET @Load='dbo.MASTER'+(CONVERT (varchar(10),@index))+'FullDatamartLoad'
    EXEC @Cleanup
    EXEC @Load
    SET @index=@index+1
    END

    Note: This might take a long time for large workspaces. These stored procedures are very CPU intensive on the SQL server so it is recommended to run them during off hours.
