    PROBLEM:

    Login to new My Cloud Service Console gives an error - "Username not yet active"


    CAUSE:

    Corruption of Userview Sync/Index


    SOLUTION:

    To resolve:

    Use the rest client and run the following REST call with method "POST" and wait for it to complete (generally takes less than three minutes but based on the records in User form):

        <http or https>://<Platform Manager HostName>:<Port>/csm/userview/syncall

    Once that is done, clear the browser cache and perform the use case.

    Also make sure that "Site" and "SiteGroup" are defined in BMC_Person form as well in case that is defined in "People" form for that user.

    In case above step needs to be performed again, please make sure to run the following REST call again:
            <http or https>://<Platform Manager HostName>:<Port>/csm/userview/syncall
