The customer had scheduled AI jobs that have stopped running for apparently no reason. If the customer runs these jobs manually it works. If the customer creates new jobs the new jobs can run using the scheduler. Only the existing jobs are effected.
The failed jobs were stuck in the UDM:Execution Instance form
Please try the following with one of your existing jobs to see if the scheduler will work:
1.) Delete the schedule from the existing job.
2.) Run the job manually once to succession.
3.) Go to the UDM: Execution Instance Form and delete the job entry from that form.
4.) Next, setup the new schedule on the existing job.
The schedule should work after performing this process. Note that this is different from the UDM: Execution Form. That form can't be accessed or used, it's the UDM: Execution Instance form that we need to look into for clearing out the old schedules.
If it doesn't work, we'll need to go back to setting up the debug logs and trying to find the issue.
