MyIT and SmartIT not starting after SmartIT service restart (Server Group environment)

    MyIT 3.1 and Server in group with Load Balance.



    DETAILS:

    1. MyIT server was not accessible.
    2. There were 2 MyIT servers and 3 Mongo DB servers.
    3. On one server login page appeared but when logged in error message " An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator" came up.
    4. On other server it was showing only blank page. No login page was displayed.
    5. The configuration of LB was not done correctly.
    6. Refer the attached document to configure MyIT servers group environment.
    7. After following all the steps, restarted the MyIT social , tomcat services which resolved the issue.

    Please follow the instructions outlined in the document to resolve the reported issue.
