    How to Enable/Disable InHow to Enable/Disable Incident/Service Request Segregation in Sandbox:
    1. Go to Setup
    2. Click on Develop
    3. Click on custom settings
    4. Click on Manage on "BMCSYSProperties"
    5. Click on Edit before "propSegragateIncidentServiceRequest"
    6. Change Value to false
    7. Verify Incident/Service Requests are no longer segregated.

    NOTE: This setting can be enabled or disabled only through LMA access.cident/Service Request Segregation in Remedyforce Sandbox.
