How to avoid changing the user password when he login first time

    QUESTION:

    Environment: BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 2.x, 3.x

    Implementing LDAP in the customer side we are facing with a little problem.
    When the new CLM added user logs for the first time in CLM, a form for changing user password appears.Because the LDAP user must have blank password at CLM level, we need to avoid to change his blank CLM password.

    How to configure CLM to avoid first login change password request ?

    Here is the steps to disable the password change option at first login:

    1: Open the User form at Enterprise AR side and search a record for a user

    2: Check "Disable Password Management For This User" option from "Password Management" group box.

    3: Uncheck the "Force Password Change On Login" option

    4: Save the record.
