    Answer
If BPPM is on Solaris or Linux then run command 'crontab -l' and verify the following entries exist.

      Sybase database:

      15  * * * * /usr/pw/pronto/bin/hourlyjobs > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/hrjob.log 2>&1
      30 3 * * 1-6 /usr/pw/pronto/bin/dailyjobs hosts > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/dajob$$.log 2>&1
      30 4 * * 0 /usr/pw/pronto/bin/weeklyjobs hosts > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/wkjob$$.log 2>&1
      30 5 * * 0 /usr/pw/pronto/bin/pw database archive /usr/pw/dbarchive send-email > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/dbarchive$$.log 2>&1
      0,15,30,45 * * * * /usr/pw/pronto/bin/check_pronetprocs > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/check_pronetprocs.log 2>&1

      Oracle database:

      15  * * * * /usr/pw/pronto/bin/hourlyjobs > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/hrjob.log 2>&1
      30 3 * * 1-6 /usr/pw/pronto/bin/dailyjobs hosts > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/dajob$$.log 2>&1
      30 4 * * 0 /usr/pw/pronto/bin/weeklyjobs hosts > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/wkjob$$.log 2>&1
      0,15,30,45 * * * * /usr/pw/pronto/bin/check_pronetprocs > /usr/pw/pronto/tmp/check_pronetprocs.log 2>&1

If no entries exist then the following command can be run to create the crontab entries.

      Sybase database:

      /opt/bmc/ProactiveNet/pw/scripts/CreateCrontabEntries.sh solaris sybase

      Oracle database:

      /opt/bmc/ProactiveNet/pw/scripts/CreateCrontabEntries.sh solaris oracle

Please note that for both Solaris and Linux the command is the same. Do not replace solaris with linux.

If BPPM is on Windows, verify the following task scheduler entries.

      Sybase database:

      Pn_CheckPronetProcsForEvery15Minutes
      Pn_DailyJob_EveryDayAt0330
      Pn_JobForEvery15Minutes
      Pn_WeeklyJob_DBArchiveSunAT0530

      Oracle database:

      Pn_CheckPronetProcsForEvery15Minutes
      Pn_DailyJob_EveryDayAt0330
      Pn_JobForEvery15Minutes

If no entries exist then the following command can be run to create the entries:

    pw>  Schedule_Tasks_wk8.bat  "<BPPM_INSTLLATION_PATH>\ProactiveNet" and verify schedular Task

     Example :- pw>  Schedule_Tasks_wk8.bat "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ProactiveNet"

Note: Delete entry of Pn_WeeklyJob_DBArchiveSunAT0530 if DB is oracle .
