BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
How to Allow Clients to See <Blank> Field in Remedyforce Self Serivce Ticket Layout.
1. Log into Salesforce | Go to Setup | Click Objects | Click Incidents.
2. Under Custom Fields and Relationships Click <Blank>
3. Click Set Field-Level Security
4. By the Service Desk Client or Remedyforce Client profile Tick Visible | Click Save.
5. Open the Incident form in Self Service Verify the blank space appears.
