Missing ServiceDesk Staff and RemedyForce Knowledge User on the User Layout

    QUESTION:

    How to Modify the User Layout Page in Remedyforce.


    ANSWER:

    To add the missing fields to form:
    1. Go to Setup
    2. App Setup
    3. Customize
    4. Page Layouts

    NOTE: At this point you can close Page Layout Assignment and assign the Remedyforce User page to the users' profiles who need to add/modify users... Or you can continue and edit the one you normally use, see below.

    5. Select Edit by the Page Layout you are using
    6. Drag and Drop the fields you need on to the form.
    7. Save the form.

    To Check the form:
    1. Under Administration Setup
    2. Click Manage Users
    3. Click Users
    4. Click New or Click Edit of an existing user
    5. Verify the desired fields are visible.
