How to Rename the Label "Submit a Ticket" on Self Service in BMC Helix Remedyforce ?
Steps to rename the Self service label are below :
- Login to Remedyforce as Admin
- Go to setup
- Under Create Select Custom Labels
- Find and Select the Custom Label SS_IncidentHome
- Click in New Local Transactions / Overrides
- Select the Language
- Set a the desire value on the Translation Text Field.
- Click Save
- Verify that the change is reflected on the Self Service.
Steps to enable the Translation settings are below.
1. Go to Setup
2. Under "Translation Workbench"
3. Select "Translation Settings
4. Enable it.
