    QUESTION:

    In SRD when we change Question with Conditions from a Menu to a Checkbox it results in all Questions disappearing.

    Environment: BMC Remedy OnDemand 2013.01 (8.1) and BMC SRM 2013.01 (8.1).


    ANSWER:

    - Locate the record in SRM:QuestionDef_SRD using the 'Text' field and search on the string of text for when the question was changed that appeared to cause the issue.

    - On SRM:QuestionSRD, search using the 'QuestionSRD_InstanceID' value from SRM:QuestionDef_SRD in the 'InstanceID' field. Once located, delete that record.

    - On SRM:QuestionDef - Search on the 'Text' field for the Question text (last one added that caused the issue) and delete the record. This should fix the issue.
