What table and column in the database contains a licensed user's last login time?

       how to find out a licensed user last logged into Remedy.   
    -With license tracking disabled is there a way we can find out the information about license usage from database when license tracking is disabled    
    BMC Remedy AR System Server 7.6.04 and above

    In ARSystem tablespace user_cache table contains this information.

      


    Table name: user_cache
    Column: timestamp

      

    Execute the query (SQL Server):

    select dateadd(second, [timestamp], 'Jan 1, 1970 00:00:00') from user_cache where username = <user_login_name>

      

    Since, ARS stores the data in epoch time for all date/time fields, you need to use certain tools to make it readable format.I am also attaching respective KB for Oracle database version.

    Additional Information: You may also enable the aruser.log , it will show you the specific user name with last logon time.
