    ANSWER:

The "No data or permission on Agent repository (Local repository) for time" error messages generally mean one of two things:

Possibility A: Data is not collected

No UDR data at all has been collected on the agent node, causing the transfer to fail and resulting in the error messages in the UCM status report.

Agent log files will be useful to know why the data collection is failing for the node - please send all the files in the agent log files directory to BMC Customer Support:

    UNIX

    Capture and review either:
      (A) The entire contents of the $BEST1_HOME/bgs/log directory from the machine having the problem
    -- or --
      (B) The output of the bgsagent_logs command run against that machine.

000090065: Capturing the Perform log files from the remote node (https://bmcsites.force.com/casemgmt/sc_KnowledgeArticle?sfdcid=000090065)

    Windows

    Capture and review either:
      (A) The entire contents of the %BEST1_COLLECT_HOME%\bgs\log directory from the problem host
    -- or --
      (B) The output of the bgsagent_logs command run against that problem host.

000090065: Capturing the Perform log files from the remote node (https://bmcsites.force.com/casemgmt/sc_KnowledgeArticle?sfdcid=000090065)

    Where %BEST1_COLLECT_HOME%\bgs\log will be the [drive:]\Program Files\BMC Software\Patrol3\BEST1\V.V.VV\bgs\log directory

    where:
[drive:] is the drive on which the Performance Assurance agent and collector have been installed (for example, C:)
V.V.VV is the release of the Performance Assurance agent that has been installed (for example, 11.0.00)

Possibility B: Data has been collected but already transferred by another manager run

In this case data will have been transferred to the console for one of the manager runs but not for the other.

The cause is that the particular node giving the error messages is listed in more than one Manager run that both specify data collection requests for the same time.

One of the Manager runs is successfully transferring the data for that node back to the console but, by the time the other Manager run attempts to transfer the data, the data has already been successfully transferred and deleted by the first run. This results in the    "No data or permission on Agent repository [Local repository] for time" message.

Ensure that no two manager runs have the same set of node names defined in their policy or domain files and specify the same start time for data collections.
