BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
When staff login to Remedyforce and access the Home tab the Dashboard tab is not visible.
Review the staff users profile and ensure the Dashboard tab setting is set to Default On.
1. Login to Remedyforce as Admin
2. Navigate to Setup
3. In Quick find search for Users | Click on Affected username | Click on Profile
4. Go to Object Settings section | Dashboard
5. Select "Default on" Value
6. Save it
7. Verify the Dashboard tab is visible .
