    QUESTION:

    How to create a report on all thresholds (Patrol/Instance/Global) set for a Device within BPPM?

    ANSWER:

    There isn't one report to accomplish the goal, but it can be done.

    For the BPPM global & instance thresholds, see:
    https://communities.bmc.com/message/472711#472711

    Pulling Patrol thresholds can be more challenging.

    When Agent Thresholds are configured via CMA policy, we can export the CMA policies (https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/btsim96/Exporting+and+importing+policies) to access the information, but it isn't a report and will require parsing. Sample command:
    cmapolicymigration.bat export -d c:\temp all

    Sample output:
    "monitorType" : "NT_PROCESS",
    "attributes" : [ {
    "attributeName" : "PROCThreadCount",
    "scope" : "type",
    "agentThresholds" : [ {
    "instanceName" : "__ANYINST__",
    "thresholds" : [ {
    "type" : "Border",
    "severity" : "OK",
    "triggerAlarmWhen" : 0,
    "enable" : false,
    "minimum" : 0,
    "maximum" : 0,
    "alarmCount" : 0
    }, {
    "type" : "ALARM1",
    "severity" : "OK",
    "triggerAlarmWhen" : 0,
    "enable" : false,
    "minimum" : 0,
    "maximum" : 0,
    "alarmCount" : 0
    }, {
    "type" : "ALARM2",
    "severity" : "OK",
    "triggerAlarmWhen" : 0,
    "enable" : true,
    "minimum" : 100,
    "maximum" : 100,
    "alarmCount" : 0
    } ],

    If you have thresholds in Patrol which were not sent via CMA, you can use the Patrol Configuration Manager. In PCM, File=>Configure Security (this will pop up a "Enter Secure Keystore Password" dialog, the default password is "password"). And you'll need to configure username/password for PatrolAgents for which you plan to run this report. Then highlight the Patrol Agents of interest -> Tools -> Reporting -> Knowledge Module Parameters and Configuration

    If you have Patrol Agents using the Patrol Adapter (which has been deprecated in the current BPPM version) you could import Patrol thresholds from it into BPPM. Details are here:
    https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/btsim96/pw+threshold+loadpatrolthreshold
