    QUESTION:

How to disable SSO configuration in TSCO?

    ANSWER:

    Follow below steps to disable:

    1. Login into CO Console, go in the page Administrator > System > Global configuration and disable the integration removing the check from the related checkbox from the GUI.
    2.
    3. Login via SSH on the CO Application Server with the Web installed and run the script uninstallAtriumSSO.sh that is under folder $BCO_HOME/tools/AtriumSSO
The   uninstallAtriumSSO.sh script does the following

    •     Removes the entries from the Atrium SSO server
    •
    •     Removes the atsoagents folder from the CO tomcat directory
    •
    •     Copies back the original configuration files which are copied to a backup location.

    Q. What can I do if I disable SSO in BCO GUI and remove the agents in AtriumSSO and after doing that I can no longer log into CO?

If the entries from the Atrium SSO server has already removed, the    uninstallAtriumSSO.sh script will fail.
So the following steps have to be performed:

    1. Login via SSH on the CO Application Server with the Web installed
    2.
    3. Stop Web and httpd components.
    4.
    5. Backup and remove the atssoAgents folder under $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat.
    6.
    7. Backup and remove these files with SSO configuration:

      • $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/conf/server.xml
      •
      • BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/console/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
      • $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/dash/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
      • $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/GeneralManager/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
    8.
    9. Restore original xml files before SSO configuration located in folder $BCO_HOME/tools/AtriumSSO/backup. To do these, run this commands from this folder

      • cp server.xml.orig $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/conf/server.xml
      •
      • cp web.xml.console.orig $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/console/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
      • cp web.xml.dash.orig $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/dash/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
      • cp web.xml.gm.orig $BCO_HOME/web/tomcat/webapps/GeneralManager/WEB-INF/web.xml
      •
    10.
    11. Restart httpd and Web components.
If you will still have issue in the login, please check also this article   After installation of a CHF, CO console fails with error 403
