MyIT Self Service
Some users complaining they are not getting MyIT push notifications on devices.
Mainly iOS users complaining.
For us to be able to troubleshoot this issue i need to know this:
1 - Is there any documentation explaining what are the push notifications users should get?
2 - Is there any remedy form where i can check what notifications are being sent or were already sent?
3 - If the user do not receive IOS PUSH notification for service health status which SmartIT database table to check?
Push notification entries can be track in UX logs.
To get those entries need to enable Debug from logback.xml
There is no form available to check the same as rest of the part (sending notification to iOSdevice) which are handled by Apple.

Please take Smart IT database backup, and execute below queries on SmartIT DB
Update [SmartIT35].[SmartIT_Business35].[USER_PREFERENCES]set BROADCAST_PUSH_NOTIFICATION =1 where USER_LOGIN_ID='Allen'
Update [SmartIT35].[SmartIT_Business35].[USER_SERVICE] set NOTIFICATION_SETTING = 4 where USER_ID='Allen'
Please note: The DB name/Schema name/User name will vary according to your environment, above is just an example.
