    BMC Helix Remedyforce: How to Create or Edit a Custom View


    ANSWER:

     

       
    1. Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
    2.  
    3. From the View menu, select the appropriate module, such as Incidents or Service Requests.
    4.  
    5. From the list view, perform one of the following actions:
      
       
    • To create a custom view, click  + sign
    •  
    • To edit an existing view, click  edit icon
       To configure fields in list views, your system administrator can customize the Column Headers fieldset and add the desired fields. The configuration of fields in the Column Headers fieldset applies to all list views for that object.

    Note: After you create a new view, you must refresh the Remedyforce Console tab to see it in the list view.
