BMC Helix Remedyforce: How to Create or Edit a Custom View
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
- From the View menu, select the appropriate module, such as Incidents or Service Requests.
- From the list view, perform one of the following actions:
- To create a custom view, click + sign
- To edit an existing view, click edit icon
Note: After you create a new view, you must refresh the Remedyforce Console tab to see it in the list view.
