    QUESTION:

    Migrating customer Portal Licenses to Salesforce Platform Licenses.


    ANSWER:

    There's more to migrating from the old portal to the new portal than swapping licenses

    1. If SFDC (Salesforce) sold the licenses then they have to do the license swap
      
    2. If BMC sold the licenses then we have to ask SFDC to do it for us.
