How to Disable Suggested Knowledge Articles in Remedyforce Self Service?
1. Login BMC Helix Remedyforce as Administrator
2. Click on Remedyforce Administration tab
3. Click Configure Self Service tile
4. Click Search
5. Uncheck: Enable display of popular or suggested Remedyforce knowledge articles on the Home tab and Self Service Search tab
6. Click Save
7. Verify Suggested Knowledge Articles no longer appear.
