    QUESTION:

    Deployment Test Classes Are Failing After Upgrading to BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk Summer 16. Error Received - We validated a package a day before upgrading to BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk Summer 16. After upgraded we were required to re-validate the same package that is now failing.


    ANSWER:

    Note: This is Customer Specific and not to be taken as a generalized solution.

    Below are the parameters that has to be set for the custom apex classes and re-deploy again.

    To define TRUE FALSE value in category methods which they are calling.

    For example:
    create category with module assignment in the code:
    BMCServiceDesk__AvailableForChat__c = true
    BMCServiceDesk__UnAvailableForChangeRequests__c = false
    BMCServiceDesk__Display_In_SelfService__c = true
    BMCServiceDesk__AvailableForIncidents__c = true
    BMCServiceDesk__UnAvailableForProblems__c = false
    BMCServiceDesk__UnAvailableForReleases__c = false
    BMCServiceDesk__AvailableForServiceCatalog__c = true
    BMCServiceDesk__UnAvailableForTasks__c = false
