    QUESTION:

    How to check available and used Platform License information in Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    1. Go to Setup > Administer  > Company Profile > Company Information.
    2. Look for the "User Licenses" section.  
    3. Check the list of license types and the number licenses you have, then check the Remaining Licenses number available.
