    Request for Remedyforce Documentation Concerning Staff and Queue Being Cleared.


    ANSWER:

     

    This is Defect 80509 affecting multiple modules

    Summary: In the Remedyforce Console, for an existing change request, problem, task, or release record, if you delete the value in the Queue field, Staff field, or both, and then save the record, the value is not deleted and the original field value is retained.

    Resolution: Upgrade to Remedyforce Summer 16 P 1.1 or later.
