How to Grant BMC and/or Salesforce Access to your Org to Investigate Complex Issues.
Please do the following:
1. Log into SFDC | Click your username | Click Setup.
2. Under Personal Setup Click My personal information | Click Grant Login Access.
3. Click the drop down for Access duration by for the Salesforce.com Support record.
4. Select 1 week.
5. Click the drop down for Access duration by for the BMC Support record.
6. Select 1 week.
7. Click Save.
