       How to Enable Remedyforce Email to Queue Members.  


    ANSWER:

     

      How to Enable Email to Queue Members:
      1. Log into SFDC | Click your username | Click Setup. 
      2. Under Administration Setup Click Manage Users | Click Queues. 
      3. Click Edit beside the Queue whose members you want to notify. 
      4. Tick Send Email to Members | Click Save.  
    5. Repeat for desired queues. 
      6. Log into Remedyforce and create/modify and Incident to fire workflows. 
      7. Verify users in the queue are notified.
