      Answer:
      The "Change Owner" button on the Incident tab is set as a quick option to "re-assign" a specific record or several incidents to another user or queue. 
        
      Using the Change Owner button from the Salesforce Incident tab:  
    1. From the Salesforce Incident tab | Select the Incident(s) for which you want to change the owner by ticking the check box beside the record.  
    2. Click Change Owner. 
      3. From the Owner drop down Select User or Queue as desired.  Once selected select the user or queue. 
      4. If you wish to notify the user or members of the queue to which the Incidents will be assigned Tick the Send Notification Email.  
     
      NOTE: One email will be sent for each Incident that is reassigned. 
     
    5. Click Save. 
      6. Verify the Incidents are Reassigned.
