    How does Queue and Staff Assignment on Incident works?


    ANSWER:

     

      The Queue and Staff Assignment on Incident Functionality works as below:  
     
    Please make sure below 2 conditions are fulfilled to be able to assign the Queue and the Staff correctly-  
     
    -The Staff User should be a member of the Queue that is selected in the Queue look up.  
    -The "Service Desk Staff" checkbox on the User detail page should be checked for the Staff user.  
     
    The Staff look up will show only those staff users who full fill the above 2 conditions.
