    QUESTION:

    How to Modify the Assignment Details Section of the BMC Helix Remedyforce Console Form?


    ANSWER:

     

    The Remedyforce Console  Assignment Details section is a Managed Visualforce Page, Therefore it is no possible to modify it or add additional fields.

       Note: You can disable Staff and Queue fields by following below Steps:
       
       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration Tab.

    2.  
    3. Go to Application settings | Record Assignment.

    4.  
    5. Uncheck Enable Queue and User Assignment | Click Save.

    6.  
    7. Verify the Queue and Staff fields disappears on the Remedyforce Console form.
