How to Modify the Assignment Details Section of the BMC Helix Remedyforce Console Form?
The Remedyforce Console Assignment Details section is a Managed Visualforce Page, Therefore it is no possible to modify it or add additional fields.Note: You can disable Staff and Queue fields by following below Steps:
Go to Remedyforce Administration Tab.
Go to Application settings | Record Assignment.
Uncheck Enable Queue and User Assignment | Click Save.
Verify the Queue and Staff fields disappears on the Remedyforce Console form.
