    ANSWER:

    Solution:

    1. How to change the RJX System Parameters of the Control-M Agent?
Do the following to review or update the Remote Host system parameters:
    - Launch CCM
    - Tools > System Configurations > Control-M/Agent System Parameters
    - Ensure that the correct Control-M/Server" and "Control-M/Agent" is selected
    - Type "RJX" under the "Name" for filteration
The configuration parameters that affect Remote Job Execution are as follows:

    2. What does each RJX System Parameters mean?
    - RJX_CLEAN_ENV
When this parameter is set to 'N', the two temporary files created on the Remote Host (in the sysout directory) should not be deleted.
    The two files are:
    Windows
    mem_<5-digit_number>_1.dat
    00001_.cmd

    - RJX_CONN_MODE
    (SSH Connection Mode)
The SSH connection mode used in Agentless jobs. Valid values:
0 - The agent uses only the SSH protocol to upload and download files and to submit the job to the remote computer.
1 - The agent uses both SFTP and SSH protocols. Only one connection is opened during job execution.
2 - The agent used both SFTP and SSH protocols. Two connections are opened at the beginning of the job, but after a while the SSH connection is closed. Default: 2. Modifiable by ctmunixcfg: No

    - RJX_CONN_RECONNECT
Enables/disables the network reconnection feature. Default: Y.

    - RJX_CONN_SFTP(not valid for agent version 7 and above)
The protocol used to upload and download files. When Y is specified, the agent uses SFTP (secured FTP) protocol to retrieve, upload, and download files. When N is specified, the agent uses the SSH protocol to retrieve, upload, and download files. Default: Y.

    - RJX_CONN_TOUT
The time interval between attempts to restore the connection. Default: 120 seconds.

    - RJX_CONN_TRY
The number of attempts made to restore the connection.
    Default for V7 is : 3.
    Default for V8 and V9 is:  15.

    - RJX_COPY_SYSOUT_REMOTE
Determines where the SYSOUT handling operations of Copy, Move, and Delete are performed, either on the Agent or the remote host. Valid values: Y, N. Default: N.

    - RJX_DETAILS_TO_SYSOUT
    (Print Details to SYSOUT)
Determines whether to include details related to the remote connection in the job SYSOUT of jobs executed on a remote host. Valid values: Y, N. Default: Y. Modifiable by ctmunixcfg: No

    - RJX_DOWNLOAD_SYSOUT
(Download Sysout from Remote Host when job ends)
Determines whether the post processing actions of move, copy, or delete of the job SYSOUTs is performed from the remote host. Valid values: Y, N. Default: N.

    - RJX_KEEP_SYSOUT
Determines if the SYSOUT file is to be deleted from remote host computers. Prevents the deletion of the SYSOUT file on the remote host. Valid values: Y, N. Default: N.

    - RJX_OVMS_DEFAULT_QUEUE
(Default Queue for OpenVMS Remote Host)
For a Control-M/Agent submitting jobs to an OpenVMS remote host, the default batch queue to which the Control-M/Agent submits jobs. If this parameter is not specified, the Control-M/Agent submits jobs to sys$batch (the system’s default batch queue). Valid values: String consisting of 1 to 31 characters, including any uppercase and lowercase alphanumeric digits, the dollar sign ($), the underscore (_), and includes at least one alphabetic character. Default: sys$batch. Modifiable by ctmunixcfg: No.

    - RJX_OVMS_SETVERIFY
(Save Commands in the SYSOUT in OpenVMS Remote Host)
For a Control-M/Agent submitting jobs to an OpenVMS remote host, this parameter specifies whether or not to print commands in the SYSOUT of a job. Valid values: Y – Implements SET VERIFY, which prints commands in the job SYSOUT; N – Implements SET NOVERIFY, which does not print commands in the job SYSOUT; E – Specifies that the verification value is taken from the environment (account’s LOGIN.COM or SYLOGIN_VERIFY logical name) Default: Y. Modifiable by ctmunixcfg: No.

    - RJX_SYNC_TOUT
    Definition needed.

    - RJX_SYSOUT_DIR
The directory to store temporary files. These files are automatically removed to Control-M/Agent when the jobs end and the network connection is available or restored. Default: blank.
Blank means that the files are stored in the user home directory of the job’s owner in the remote host.
