How to Investigate Remedyforce Performance Issues
Issue can be caused due to following :
1. Slow Network - Please check the network speed and then try to log into the org.
2. Try Logging in Org using different machines.
3. Try using different browsers.

NOTE: Extraordinary news events are things such as Mass Shootings, Terrorist Attacks, Major Weather Events, Earthquakes, Volcanic Eruptions and such things that are considered urgent and are breaking news or are of great public interest for a period of time such that they saturate the internet. Until information about these events has been disseminated internet (Cloud-Based Software) applications can and are often affected. This is not the fault of BMC, Salesforce or the Remedyforce application but a limitation of Cloud Based computing and anything that uses the internet as a mode of data communication or transmission.
