    1. Reduce the size of “Describe your Issue” field.
    This requirment is not possible.

    2. Reduce the size of panel where attachments are there.
     This requirment is not possible.

    3. Can we break the Category field into three parts as CAT1, Cat 2 and cat 3.
    Impact of removing category field from self service.
    Resolution : no such big impact known to Dev team
