What to do when Remedyforce Generates an Internal Server Error Message.
The error code from Internal Server Errors must be decoded by Salesforce.
If you are a customer open case with Remedyforce support and include the following information:
1. Steps to Reproduce
2. Error code / message
3. Org ID
4. Grant both BMC and Salesforce access to your org. (NOTE: If you are unable to grant access note it in the case.)
BMC will log a case with Salesforce and request the decoded error. Once we have the decoded error we will send the next steps.
NOTE: Often internal server errors are the result of self referencing fields or fields that are required but that are either not visible or the user does not have access to them.
