    QUESTION:

    Is it possible to Integrate Remedyforce with any Third Party Tool?


    ANSWER:

    If the Third party tool is capable of calling APIs – SOAP or REST then the Integration can be done.

    Remedyforce can be integrated with any System through APIs depending on the needs; and it provides certain REST APIs related to service requests, knowledge articles, approvals, categories, user details, queues and CMDB classes.
