    ANSWER:

Control-M Report Jobs MUST be run on a computer that has Control-M Reporting Facility and Control-M Agent installed. Currently the Reporting Facility is only supported on Windows computers.

To create a Reporting Job in Control-M:

    1. A Report Template must be created in the Report Facility with the criteria for the desired job
    2. In the Planning Domain of the Workload Automation GUI Client, drag the CONTROL-M Report Job form into a Workspace
    3. In the General tab, click on the button Control-M Report Atrributes: Details
    4. In the Control-M Report window fill in the appropriate values for all fields marked with an asterix "*"
    5. The emreportcli Path will be {Control-M/Enterprise Manager Home}/Default/bin32
    6. Template is the name the report template is stored as
    7. The Template Path is by default {Control-M/Enterprise Manager Home}/Default/Data/Reporting/Templates, unless the Report Template has been stored eslewhere
    8. The Output file type filed has a dropdown to select the desired format of the report
    9. In the Output file field: , fill in the desired path and file name of the report to be created. The box with ellipses "..." has the option to add the current date, time, or job order count of the Reporting Job
    10. Click on Save to keep your entered values
    11. The rest of the Job Definition can be defined the same as an OS Job.

It is also important that the Run As User has the proper permissions to the Template, Template Path, and Output file path.
