Steps to Change Incident to Service Request in Remedyforce:
1. Log on to RF | Goto RF Console | From view - select Incident
2. Click on 'New' to create a new incident page | Select values for all required fields - like 'Client ID' etc.
3. From Field 'Request Definition' - click on Search option to select a request definition from the pop-up.
4. Save the page and a new service request is created starting with 'SR..' from 'IN..'.
