    QUESTION:

    How to Exclude Customer Community Login Users from the Users Returned in the Client ID Lookup.


    ANSWER:

    Create a Lookup Filter on the Incident Object:
    1. Click Remedyforce Administration
    2. Click Application Settings | Click Lookup Filters
    3. Create a lookup filter on the Incident object per the screen shot below.
    Lookup Filter on Profile ID
    4. Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
    5. Click new Incident 
    6. Click the Client lookup field.
    7. Verify user with the Customer Community Login User profile id are filters out of the Clients returned in the Client popup.
