    Edit <midtier-dir>/WEB-INF/classes/
        Add these lines:

        Edit the line

    Note: The original line may have INFO instead of WARN in some versions.

        You may also want to edit this line:

    log4j.appender.CONSOLE.layout.ConversionPattern=- %m%n

    to be:

    log4j.appender.CONSOLE.layout.ConversionPattern=%-4r [%t] %-5p %c %x - %m%n

    to add more information to the output, for timestamps and thread id's for multi-user environments.

    Note :  Flex Data Services tracing of client-server communication is very verbose, and in many cases you will want to turn this off. Add the following line:

    Output is in console output, which for Tomcat is <tomcat-dir>/logs/catalina.out or logs/stdout.log on Windows

      In <BMCINSTALLATIONDIR> \ARSystem\midtier\WEB-INF\flex\services-config.xml, modify line  <target class="flex.messaging.log.ConsoleTarget" level="WARN"> to
     <target class="flex.messaging.log.ConsoleTarget" level=“DEBUG"> in the <logging>  target.
      For Atrium 8.x the path is <BMCINSTALLATIONDIR> \ARSystem\midtier\WEB-INF\AtriumWidget\....
      For Atrium 9.x the path is <BMCINSTALLATIONDIR> \ARSystem\midtier\WEB-INF\<ARServerName>\AtriumWidget\....
