    QUESTION:

SRM related data is building up and we would like to clear it down, how can this be achieved?

    ANSWER:

    Legacy ID:KA425190

If a Service Request is closed, we can delete the related data.

The following table contains information about Service Request related forms and the fields holding the SR InstanceID.

This information can be used  to manually archive Service Request related data prior to 9.0 (Starting with SRM 9.0 there is archiving functionality available for SRM data)
