A popup message saying that the project already exists is displayed every time you try to compile it. This happens when the image didn't unmount from C:\PXE_TFTP\winpe_rw_PROJECT_ID for some reason. Here are some commands you can run to unmount it:

    - You must first identify the project id (you'll find it as described in this how-to)

    - Check if the project's wim is still mounted on the OSD manager: does C:\PXE_TFTP\winpe_rw_PROJECT_ID exist? (replace "PROJECT_ID" by the project ID you found in the previous step)

    - Open an MS-DOS window on the OSD manager (C:\Program Files\Windows AIK\), or launch WAIK's shell (Windows Start Menu -> Programs -> Microsoft Windows AIK -> Deployment Tools Command Prompt)

    1- Unlock the mounted wim:

    - MS-DOS: "C:\Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\x86\Servicing\Dism.exe" /Cleanup-Wim
    OR

    - WAIK Shell: Dism.exe /Cleanup-Wim

2- Unmount the wim after it has been unloacked

    - MS-DOS: "C:\Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\x86\Servicing\Dism.exe" /Unmount-Wim /MountDir:"C:\PXETFTP\winpe_PROJECT_ID_rw" /discard
    - WAIK Shell: Dism.exe /Unmount-Wim /MountDir:"C:\PXETFTP\winpe_PROJECT_ID_rw" /discard

Don't forget to replace 'PROJECT_ID' by the project ID you've found in the first step.

3- Retry to build the project: reboot is not need to achieve this how-to.Note: Please consider marking this post as correct or recommandable if you found it usefull.
